Job Description: Responsible for the administrative functions related to entry-level system administrators. Employee will be primarily responsible for the handling of lower-level support tickets; including disbursement, documentation, and billing of technical services.

Employee will be responsible for the execution of lower-level service tickets, from start to finish. A typical support call typically begins with a customer reporting a technical issue. The Technical Process Coordinator will be responsible for identifying the “level” of expertise needed. If determined that the support request fits within the lower-level support group, the Technical Process Coordinator will distribute the service ticket to the appropriate technician. After the ticket has been assigned, tech Technical Process Coordinator will monitor the progress of the support ticket, manage customer expectations, and once completed, enter billing information for the completed support request.
