What is CPNI?
Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) includes information about the telecommunications services you currently purchase from Exceed Technologies. It also includes how you use those services, such as the phone numbers you call, the features you use, and the billing records associated with your account. CPNI does not include basic biographical information like your name, telephone number, email, or address.
As a customer, you have the right to keep your Customer Proprietary Network Information confidential. Exceed Technologies, along with other telecommunications carriers, is required by federal law to protect your confidentiality and secure your information. You also have the right to control how Exceed Technologies accesses and uses your CPNI for marketing or service purposes.
Exceed Technologies and our authorized agents will never sell, trade, or share your CPNI with third parties unless required by law enforcement. We take the protection of your private information seriously. However, restricting the use of your Customer Proprietary Network Information will not prevent other types of general marketing communications from Exceed Technologies. It also will not stop us from using your CPNI to offer you additional services that are similar to those you already purchase from United Communications. What do I need to do?
If you would like Exceed Technologies, Inc. to use your CPNI to offer telecommunications products and services tailored to your needs, no further action is required. If you prefer that Exceed Technologies does not use your CPNI for these offers, you can opt out at https://www.exceedtech.com/privacy-policy. Your decision to allow or restrict the use of your Customer Proprietary Network Information will remain in effect until you choose to change it. You may update your preference at any time.
